Wood-fueled planetary rotisseries are ideal to give roast meat the classic, unmistakeable barbecue aroma. Wood and fired rostisseries are equipped with the Grill Plus system: this allows the discs to be locked and only the spits to rotate, thus keeping them close to the heat source and cooking certain products more quickly with considerable energy savings. The frame is made of stainless steel, with special insulation to contain heat and save on wood consumption; front sliding glass doors are tempered and low-emission.
