Components

• Seals and weatherstrips: EPDM acoustic seals on frame and double bottom acoustic weatherstrip to increase Rw and RA weighted reduction indices.
• Hardware: options for mechanical or electromechanical locks; spade or concealed stainless-steel hinges with 3D adjustment; hardware designed to comply with CE and UNE-EN standards.
• Materials and finishes: possible manufacture in other wood species with density equal to or greater than bamboo; varnished or lacquered finishes with multiple gloss levels and selectable fire classifications.
• Customization: dimensions, surface finishes and machining adapted to project requirements using CNC shaping and workshop assembly.

Development process and quality testing
The system has undergone acoustic and thermal testing in APPLUS+ laboratories. The reference tested sample was a single-leaf swing door with a total thickness of 72 mm. Measurements were reviewed with frequency-band corrections where building structure influence required adjustment to ensure result accuracy.

Aesthetics
Natural wood veneers and a bamboo edge detail provide an architectural finish. Extensive customization in veneer, finish and edge design enables integration into varied interior and façade contexts while preserving acoustic performance.
