We are proud to present a project of a large wooden house made of laminated veneer timber, showing the high status and indisputable taste of its owners. High ceilings and large areas of glazing make the house light and minimize the using of electric lighting. The first floor terrace and 2 balconies on the second floor allow to enjoy the fresh air and nature during all the day. Five bedrooms (three on the first floor and two on the second) provide enough space for privacy and relax. Another important feature of the "Romantic" project is a living room combined with a dining room. This is a single space of 69 m2. will allow you to realize any design idea. When you look at this house seems that you have already seen it somewhere. It is true: the project was made according to a long-standing “dacha” tradition, described many times by Russian classics. The differences are only in the total area of the house (unusual for old summer cottages 548 m2) and in material used - the house was built from Finnish laminated timber. For the rest, the classical style is strictly maintained and the young women in muslin dresses could sit on these terraces and enjoying mint tea and raspberry jam. Architect Matti Iiramo
