The Capitol Square bicycle parking rack is similar to the Winder but has a lower height. The Capitol Square serpentine rack frame is suited to the most abusive institutional environment and allows the use of high security “U” locks to secure the frame of the bicycle to the rack. This bike rack is ideal for locations where security is a particular concern, due to the square tubing, which makes it more resistant to vandalism.
