Refugee housing project, 4 persons per room Compact and economical three-storey building for refugee housing with a total area of 1 458 m2. Total number of modules required for this type of building is 36. Each accommodation module has a minimum living area of 15.2 m2. Rooms are equipped with two metal bunk beds with fire-resistant mattresses, metal lockers and a small resting area. Since one room can accommodate up to 4 persons, the project will be more appropriate for refugee families as members of one family can live in one room. Total building capacity is 168 beds. Common areas such as kitchen, dining room, toilet and shower facilities, as well as auxiliary room areas are calculated according to appropriate requirements and standards for these kind of buildings. Kitchen and dining room areas are delivered with installed furniture and household appliances. The sanitary module is manufactured with bathrooms and all required inputs. In addition, in the manufacturing process only qualitative and appropriate raw materials are used in order to assure the sustainability of the building. For ensuring optimal services connections, kitchen modules to be placed next to sanitary modules.
