24 new row houses built in Höganäs, Skåne region of Sweden at the end of 2017 by using Nordic Homes timber frame modules. It is the second Veidekke pilot project of economical housing segment. The design continues to the first pilot project started in 2016 — two-story townhouses with combination of wooden and decorative plaster solution on the facade in bright colours. House plans are ergonomic and suits for different demands — either young families with children or senior couples. The average size of one house differs from 96 m² to 116 m². Interior finishes is made in traditional Swedish design, at the same time creating a comfortable and sustainable environment to live in.
