First project: 2 single storey SPA hotels buildings 4 rooms with bathrooms per one building 8 modules GLA – 320 m² Completion – 2016 Second project: 5 single storey SPA hotels buildings 4 rooms with bathrooms per one building 20 modules GLA – 940 m² Completion – 2018 One of the latest Nordic Homes projects is seven detached luxury bungalows for SPA complex in Aizpute, which consists of seven hotel-style houses. First project was compeleted at the end of 2016 only in 3 months. Second project was completed at the end of 2018 — in 5 months. Both projects show that construction in winter is possible, if it is a modular technology. The average living area of one house is 160 m² and it consists of four timber framed modules. Each house has four spacious rooms with bathrooms. The production of modules takes place in the factory of Nordic Homes in controlled environment which has made it possible to construct projects year-round.
