4-storey building 21 apartments 41 modules GLA – 1 360 m² Continuing active work in the Scandinavian market, at the end of 2018 Nordic Homes signed a contract with one of the best known and successful real estate developers / builders in Faroe Islands. Both parties worked in close cooperation to design and manufacture a 4-storey residential apartment building according to the local traditions and building regulations. During the project implementation, the most efficient solutions were selected and implemented and modules were fully completed with high quality standards. A total of 41 timber frame modules were made with complete interior and exterior decoration, sanitary ware, kitchen furniture and even white goods were supplied. Wooden façade created a modern and Faroese-style building. The house has 21 two-bedroom apartments. For the convenience of customers, tthere are large shop space on the ground floor on the ground floor as well as small warehouses for each apartment.
