Description
Overview
The Move 30N is a two-column platform lift for parking cars and transporting goods. Designed for installations without load-bearing side walls, it combines a parking lift and a goods lift into a single compact solution.
Configuration and use
Columns are positioned opposite each other along the long sides of the platform, allowing installation where direct wall anchoring is restricted (only support walls required). The platform accepts vehicles facing forward or backward without affecting balance or operation.
Safety and reliability
The lift integrates a torsion-bar system that prevents platform imbalance during travel; the torsion bar slides on an independent rack to avoid weakening the column. A mechanical floor-level locking device, actuated by a hydraulic piston, secures the platform and permits the hydraulic circuit to rest, reducing wear. Multiple limit-switch systems provide level stop and deceleration for smooth and safe arrivals.
Installation and maintenance
The unit is supplied with shims/beams for securing to the nearest wall. The power unit is compact: the electric motor is mounted over the oil tank and the electrical panel is side-mounted for easy access and maintenance. The piston uses a chain (ratio 1:2) to double travel relative to shaft length; the pulley at piston head is protected by a metal plate.
Options
Fixed or mobile protection guards can be mounted directly on the platform to increase safety during vehicle manoeuvres.
