Totalmove is a heavy-duty car parking lift family by O.ME.R., designed for dual use as a car parking lift and a goods lift, with certified on-board operation for specific configurations.

• Dual-purpose design: configured for vehicle transport and for goods, with systems to distribute off-centre loads via a torsion bar and rack drive.
• On-board operation: operator control panel mounted on the platform with pushbuttons and interphone for user control.
• Interphone with telephone dialer (standard): stores up to 7 numbers and supports 22 country codes for network compatibility and alarm calling.
• Platform guard: 2.50 m high removable-only-with-tools perimeter guard to prevent access to moving parts (compliant with 2006/42/EC).

Operation & safety details

• Limit switches: multiple end stops (including two per piston at base) monitor chain tension and lock the platform in case of malfunction or chain failure.
• Deceleration and stop regulation: separate cams and limit switches for travel regulation and stopping; cam lengths differentiate deceleration and stop actions.
• Piston locking logic: the load catch (shoulder) engages the mechanical block then allows pistons to revert to rest, avoiding continuous hydraulic stress.
• All-out/all-in limit switch: checks piston correction position to guarantee secure mechanical locking.
