This prefab Villa is located at Labuan Sait, Bali Indonesia. Our team of architects combined both modern and classical elements to design this stunning luxurious prefabricated timber villa. We used a blend of both wooden and high-end aluminium doors and windows to achieve this build. A combination of both tiled and tropical hardwood parquet floors was used with a gypsum ceiling and rendered cement board panelled internal walls. Our prefab asphalt shingle roof cover system was perfect for the low-pitched roof of this design. Luxury custom-designed prefabricated Teak wood furniture adds the finishing touch to this stunning Bali prefab property.
