Prefab house VILLA PROJECT IN PECATU, BALI

This luxury villa was designed by our in-house team of architects using our semi-prefabricated construction system and engineered to withstand earthquakes . A combination of extra sized and double re-bar was used in both the houses foundation and walls to create maximum structural reinforcement to achieve a very strong seismic damper. All of the timber decking with joists, doors and windows and roof structure were prefabricated at our factory and installed at location. The villa’s tropical hardwood prefab bungalow was designed to be either a 4th bedroom or a gym .Our prefab wood glue-laminated wall panel system was used to construct the walls of this bungalow. All of the teak furniture was designed and made in-house as our signature prefab finish.
