Room temperature curing Good fire resistance Abrasion resistant Resoltech 7050 / 7058 is a high mechanical performance epoxy gelcoat formulated to manufacture structural composite parts requiring good scratch resistance with a hot curing process. This new generation system has a viscosity and a thixotropic rheology suitable for brush applications on pre-heated molds. The laminates can be released from the mold very quickly after a 50-60°C curing. The 7050 / 7058 can also be used without post curing. Parts manufactured with the 7050 / 7058 gelcoat will have a durable finish, with a good fire and scratch resistance. Parts can be painted after a suitable substrate preparation.
