Features

• Ultra‑compact design: Samsung duct units can be installed in constrained ceiling spaces; 20/25 kW models split into two parts to simplify installation and maintenance.
• Comfort control: Ducted indoor unit provides consistent thermal comfort. Cooling and heating modes configurable via remote control; applicable for ducted/AHU connected systems.
• 3‑Way Service Access: Service access from top, side and bottom through an easily removable Slide Fit cover to simplify maintenance.

Smart Control
Remote temperature and mode control via the SmartThings App (requires Wi‑Fi kit and SmartThings account). Functions: on/off, mode selection, scheduling, power consumption monitoring. Voice control supported via Bixby 2.0 and Google Assistant where available (supported languages include English, Chinese, Korean, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese).

SolarCell Remote Controller (Optional)
Optional SolarCell remote with integrated solar panel and USB‑C port. Single full charge can last up to two years under direct light. Features include slim design, improved grip and large OLED display.
