Work Process

• Smoke from ovens or grills is drawn into the hood and passes through primary labyrinth filters for initial soot and grease capture.
• Inside the hood, smoke is subjected to a water wash via collector nozzles, then directed through a mesh filter section for air/water distribution, followed by inertial droplet separators.
• The cleaned smoke is then drawn into the flue connected to the hood.
