Description
Standard precast T-WALL® Units masquerades as a beautiful laid-up stone retaining wall supporting Riverdale Avenue in Bronx, NY. The New York City Department of Design and Construction (NYCDDC) used T-WALL® to top a cast-in-place concrete base apron that was anchored to rock behind the base of the wall. Exceeding 25′ in height, the T-WALL® accommodates different grades above and below the wall as well as a pronounced horizontal curvature as seen in the photos.
