GTU - Escape and exit roof window with combined top-hung/centre-pivot function, PVC
The GTU escape and exit roof window features a combined top-hung and centre-pivot opening and can be used as an emergency exit. The sash opens steplessly up to 45°; in emergencies it can be opened further to 67° to enable quick entry and exit. Operation is from the bottom with a handle on the lower part of the sash. A ventilation flap with air filter is integrated for dust- and insect-free ventilation. For easy cleaning the window can be operated like a pivot window. Frame, sash and ventilation flap have a wooden core coated with polyurethane; the surface is finished with a high-quality two-component lacquer. The exterior cover is metal and maintenance-free. The window is available with various insulated glazing options.

GTL - Escape and exit roof window with combined top-hung/centre-pivot function, wood
The GTL is the timber variant of the escape and exit roof window with identical functions: stepless opening up to 45° and up to 67° when required for emergency escape. Operation is from the bottom with a handle; a ventilation flap with air filter allows dust- and insect-free ventilation when closed. Casing and sash are made of solid pine, surface treated with solvent-free lacquer. External metal cover is maintenance-free. Available with various insulated glazing options.

GXU - Roof window with door function, PVC
The GXU features a side-hung sash and can be used as a tradesperson's exit. It is operated with a handle positioned mid-height on the sash side; the sash can be hung on the left or right depending on requirements. Ventilation flap with air filter provides dust- and insect-free ventilation when closed. Frame, sash and ventilation flap have a wooden core coated with polyurethane; a two-component lacquer provides the high-quality finish. External metal cover is maintenance-free. Available with various insulated glazing options.

GXLA / GXLB - Roof windows with door function, wood
Timber variants of the GXL series with side-hung sashes, suitable as a tradesperson's exit. The window is operated with a handle positioned mid-height on the sash side. Casing and sash are made of solid pine, surface treated with solvent-free lacquer. External metal cover is maintenance-free. Various insulated glazing options available.

GGU / GGL - Smoke ventilation windows (40D) in PVC and wood
GGU (PVC) and GGL (pine) are electrically operated top-hung windows with smoke ventilation function, compliant with DIN EN 12101-2 (CE marked). They share the exterior design of other VELUX roof windows. Frame, sash and ventilation flap are made of polyurethane or cross-laminated pine; the exterior is clad in metal. Smoke ventilation windows open automatically on smoke detection to evacuate smoke and excess heat. Activation of the smoke ventilation function requires an additional control unit. Daily comfort ventilation can be enabled via a separate ventilation push-button (not included).

GGU SD0040 / GGL SD0040 - Smoke and heat extraction windows
Variants of the smoke ventilation windows offering increased aerodynamic opening area. Additional wind deflectors on the inner side of the sash and outer side of the frame (depending on variant). Activation requires a separate control unit. Comfort ventilation via ventilation push-button possible (not included).
