Groundpiece reinterprets the sofa as a low, deep modular seating system designed for relaxed, informal use. The line features generously sized goose-down cushions and offers a choice of sterilized goose down (premium) or Dacron fillings.

Use & Functions
Designed for contemporary living, Groundpiece supports rest, TV viewing, reading, remote work and casual dining. Configurable modules and accessory surfaces adapt the sofa to varied daily activities.

Armrest Options
The armrest can be a padded upholstered element or a metal console clad in cowhide that provides a flat surface and integrated shelves for objects.

Compositions & Customization
Flexform seating modules allow multiple configurations. Groundpiece can be specified with different module sizes, armrest types, poufs and upholstery options to meet spatial and functional requirements.

• Frame (sofa elements): metal with molded polyurethane padding, covered with protective laminated fabric.
• Frame (ottoman/pouf): solid wood with polyurethane foam padding, covered with protective laminated fabric.
• Seat cushions: sterilized goose down (Assopiuma certified, gold label) with a crushproof insert; or polyurethane foam with Dacron. Premium seats: sterilized goose down with high-resilience crushproof insert.
• Back cushions: sterilized goose down with optional polyurethane foam support bolster; optional back cushions available on request (with upcharge).
• 'Fabric 24' armrest: metal with molded polyurethane padding, covered with protective laminated fabric.
• 'Fabric 12' armrest: solid wood with polyurethane foam padding, covered with protective laminated fabric.
• Cowhide armrest: metal core upholstered in cowhide; available in multiple colours (e.g., grey 5003, dark brown 5004, extra dark brown 5013, black 5005, olive 5006, sand 5001, tobacco 5015, linen 5019, mole 5020, chestnut 5021, dark brown suede 6004, black suede 6005, olive suede 6003, sand suede 6001).
• Feet: epoxy powder-coated metal; rests on thermoplastic pads.
• Upholstery: removable on both fabric and leather versions.
