Overview
Forty years after the Max sofa, the Supermax revisits Antonio Citterio’s emblematic project with larger proportions and a contemporary approach. The tubular metal frame is lowered to encourage a relaxed posture, the kidney‑bean seat cushion has been redesigned with extra padding, and the cylindrical padded backrest is especially striking in two‑tone upholstery.

Intended use
Designed for residential and hospitality living areas, as well as lounges and executive spaces, where a low, deep seating typology is required.

Key features

• Structure: tubular metal frame with finishes in burnished, glossy anthracite, matt titanium 710 or matt lacquer in selected colours; feet rest on thermoplastic tips.
• Backrest: metal frame with single‑density polyurethane foam covered with a protective laminated fabric.
• Seat: metal frame with variable‑density polyurethane foam insert padded with sterilized goose down (Assopiuma certified, gold label).
• Optional cushions: sterilized goose down (Assopiuma certified, gold label), available on request at extra cost.
• Upholstery: removable covers in both fabric and leather versions.
• Upholstery piping: grosgrain piping available in all sample‑board colours.
