Overview
The VULCANO system is an outdoor modular sectional sofa designed for terraces, poolside areas and marine-adjacent environments. Its signature woven pattern combines compositional flexibility with materials selected for long-term outdoor performance, including resistance to sun, chlorine and salt water.

Design and materials
The base uses marine-grade plywood; armrest and backrest structures are in austenitic stainless steel AISI 316. Woven upholstery options include polypropylene fiber, polypropylene cord, extruded PVC with nylon core or polyurethane rubber, offered in a range of colors. All padded cushions are protected by a breathable, water-repellent lining and rest on a perimeter frame in stainless steel AISI 316 with nylon pads.

Compositional flexibility
VULCANO supports multiple modular compositions and configurations to fit different outdoor layouts, from intimate seating groups to large terraces and yacht decks. Modules can be combined to create bespoke arrangements for commercial or private marine settings.

• Backrest and armrest: AISI 316 stainless steel, electropolished or epoxy-powder-coated in finishes including white 100, wine red 405, khaki green 705, burnished, matt titanium 710, or embossed lacquered in white 300, sand 310, brick 320, sage 330, terracotta 325, forest 335, charcoal 350.
• Woven coverings: extruded PVC with nylon core (anthracite 7005, bordeaux 7002, white 7007, cream 7001, brown 7004, green 7006); polypropylene cord (sand 8001, anthracite 8005, bordeaux 8002, green 8006, white 8007, brown 8004); matt polypropylene cord (natural 8102, straw 8101, ice 8103, anthracite 8105); or polypropylene fiber / polyurethane rubber upholstery options.
• Base: AISI 316 stainless steel perimeter frame with compact laminated panel; feet with thermoplastic tips.
• Seat cushion: polyurethane foam covered with protective water-repellent laminated fabric.
• Backrest cushion: polyurethane foam and polyester fiber covered with protective water-repellent laminated fabric.
• Optional cushions: polyester fiber with water-repellent treatment (available on request, extra cost).
• Upholstery: removable fabric options available.
• Cover: waterproof cover available on request (extra cost).

Care recommendation
Use dedicated protective covers to limit weather exposure. For marine use, rinse frames and woven surfaces periodically with fresh water to remove salt; avoid aggressive solvents and follow specific fabric care instructions. Store removable cushions when not in use to prolong appearance and performance.
