Description
The complex comprises a 90 m tall, 24-story elliptical tower and a 5-story low-rise building.
A double-skin coupled-window façade forms the external envelope of the tower. Approx. half the units are fitted with fixed panels, which alternate with electrically operated, outward opening, side-hung casements. Highly reflective, partially perforated, electrically operated sunshading devices are located in the window cavity. The low-rise is linked to the tower by an approx. 100 sqm externally clad bridge topped by a partially glazed steel roof.
