The office building has a square floor plan of 62 x 62 m. The 39,000 sqm façade area is divided up as follows: the exterior façade from ground floor to 20th floor is approx. 7,500 sqm and executed as storey high box windows. The 1,260 units have a standard measurement of 2,06 x 2,70 m. The sheet cladding which frames the individual box windows in the exterior façade extends from the ground floor to the roof parapet on the 20.2 floor and covers an area of 13,000 sqm. The L-shaped buildings are connected along the entire height on the north and south side by a 20 m wide atrium façade measuring 1,700 sqm. The atrium façade consists of a heated steel façade, Integrated Façade System Gartner®.
