Product overview
KIN DRAGREEN is an integrated waterproofing and drainage membrane system consisting of a synthetic polymer base film formed into a uniform water-channel sheet. The upper surface features a non-bitumen self-adhesive layer and a high-purity nano reactive sand anti-adhesion finish that becomes embedded into poured concrete to prevent delamination.

Application
Designed for external waterproofing and internal bonding on foundation slabs and side walls in underground construction, municipal open-cut works, and for waterproofing in tunnels constructed by concealed excavation methods.

Install guide

• Lay membrane with the granular surface facing up; unroll onto substrate using a loose-lay method when adhesive fixation is not required
• On vertical surfaces, use mechanical fasteners with washers within 10–20 mm of the self-adhesive edge at 400–600 mm intervals; subsequent membrane layers must cover fastener holes
• Long-edge overlap: remove release film from overlap edge, self-adhere with overlap ≥ 80 mm and press firmly with a roller
• Short-edge overlap: remove drainage grooves at the bottom of the membrane; use polymer double-sided self-adhesive tape for butt joints, peel release film from the centerline and bond to adjacent membrane, then press firmly

Storage

• Store rolls upright in a cool, covered warehouse; retain internal supports and keep on pallets with original protective film intact
• Stack no more than two pallets high and use dunnage between layers for separation
• Protect from direct sunlight, heat sources, freezing, organic solvents and mechanical impact
• Product is suitable for long-term storage when recommended conditions are maintained
• All information is nominal at time of manufacture; actual performance may vary with application methods, substrate conditions, environment and product configuration
