JOYA FN VAZETA is a functional anti-condensation coating formulated with graded micro‑nano sized silicate particles as the main functional component, combined with anti-agglomeration additives and a dedicated dispersion process. The coating reduces the temperature gap between air and substrate surfaces, interrupts thermal bridges and prevents formation of condensation critical points while providing controlled moisture absorption and regulation.

Application
Suitable for interior and exterior walls of residential and commercial buildings, factory walls, basements, protective structures, warehouses, indoor sports venues, cold storage facilities, containers and similar environments where condensation prevention is required.

Install Guide
Application process: Substrate preparation → Primer application → Anti-condensation coating (1–2 coats) → Topcoat (optional) → Curing and acceptance.

• Use water as the dispersion medium; ambient application temperature should be ≥ 5°C.
• Spray application is recommended to achieve the specified film thickness.
• Recommended consumption > 1.2 kg/m²; recommended film thickness > 1 mm.
• Apply subsequent coats only after the previous coat is fully dry.
• Stir thoroughly before use (resin components may float).

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place; temperature should not fall below 5°C.
• Protect from rain, direct sun and freezing during storage and transport; transport as ordinary cargo.
