Product description JOYA FN SUPER is a single-component, polymer-modified dry-mix mortar composed of specialty cement, quartz sand, redispersible polymer powder and functional additives. It provides repair, leveling, waterproofing, moisture resistance, anti-permeability and anti-mold performance while remaining non-toxic and low-VOC.

Application

• Designed for damp-proofing and mold-resistant waterproofing in basements, water tanks, tunnels and parking structures.
• Suitable for thin-layer repair and restoration of damaged concrete and masonry surfaces to restore integrity and appearance.

Installation Apply at ambient temperatures between 5°C and 35°C (41°F–95°F). Do not apply in rain, snow or wind above force level 5; protect fresh mortar from precipitation until fully cured. Working time is approximately 40–60 minutes depending on temperature and humidity. Do not remix or reuse mortar with added water after initial setting. Substrate must be sound, clean and free of dust, grease and loose particles.

Storage

• Store in a dry, cool and well-ventilated area at 5–35°C.
• Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage and transportation conditions.
• Actual performance may vary with substrate conditions, application method and environment.
