KIN NANOLIA TOPCOAT is a waterborne functional topcoat formulated with advanced thermal-insulating materials and high-quality emulsions. The coating cures to a dense, durable film that provides thermal insulation and cooling, reflective and infrared radiative heat dissipation, waterproofing, corrosion protection, weather resistance and anti-aging. It adheres well to common construction and industrial substrates and is intended for energy-saving protective and decorative coatings.

Install Guide

• Substrate must be clean, dry, sound and free of oil, loose dust and contaminants
• Stir thoroughly before use. If required, dilute with clean water up to 5%
• Apply by spraying, troweling or smoothing in multiple thin coats to reach the designed thickness
• Recommended application conditions: temperature 5–35°C, relative humidity ≤85%; avoid rain and high winds
• Interval between coats: ≥24 hours. Full curing time: approximately 7 days

Storage

• Store sealed in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place; protect from freezing, direct sunlight and rain
• Storage temperature: 5–35°C
• Shelf life (unopened): 12 months
