Product overview
Continuous elastomeric tape designed for active management of mechanical stresses and prevention of fractures in critical junctions. Intended for waterproofing wall-to-floor and wall-to-wall junctions, slope changes and movement joints, as well as perimeter joints in swimming pools, terraces, showers and other damp areas. Bonds to cementitious substrates and ceramic tiles when used with HydroPad single-component breathable tri-polymer gel or Litokol cementitious waterproofing products.

Composition and technology
HydroBand uses a multi-layer construction: an elastic, waterproof polymer film made from modified polyethylene, laminated on both faces with a high-surface-area non-woven polypropylene to ensure secure adhesion to substrates during the waterproofing process.

Pre-formed HydroCorner Internal and HydroCorner External pieces are available to simplify and secure internal and external corner sealing.
