HydroCrystal® Pro is a hydro-reactive, two-component elastocrystalline membrane designed for crystalline structural waterproofing and elastic protection of concrete and masonry structures, foundations and underground spaces exposed to negative and positive hydrostatic pressure. It is suitable for exposed waterproofing of plant rooms, damp areas, balancing tanks and drainage channels in direct contact with chlorinated water, and is formulated as a deformable under-tile waterproofing system for damp substrates (relative humidity <8%) and counter-pressure conditions. Suitable as a wear-resistant exposed waterproof substrate for raised external floors. Coverage: 3.7 kg/m² in two coats. Powered by Crystal Flex® technology.

Advantages

• Hybrid system for crystallising waterproofing and elastic protection of concrete: Mineral components densify the interface with the substrate by forming crystals that progressively reduce capillary pathways, while the polymeric phase provides elasticity for crack-bridging over micro-cracks and long-term continuity of the waterproofing layer.
• Application on damp substrates: The mineral matrix is activated by moisture present in the concrete; when applied on a damp substrate, the in-situ moisture triggers crystalline formation that densifies the interface zone—higher substrate moisture increases system activation.
• Exposed waterproofing: Formulated for visible waterproofing of damp rooms, plant rooms and swimming-pool drainage channels in direct contact with chlorinated water.
• Wear-resistant waterproofing: UV-resistant, wear-resistant formulation suitable for exposed external surfaces such as raised outdoor flooring.
