Premier is a unique luxury wooden house. We built this house in 2007 in Nizhny Novgorod on the basis of our latest research and our customers were delighted! We faced with a difficult task posed to us by a young family who wanted a real solid wooden house to match them and their words were: our house should be powerful, "brutal", but at the same time modern and very stylish, with a "light character", a lot of light! At first, we thought it was unreal, and we experimented a lot before getting down to business. We thought for a long time about how we can give the house a "light brutality"? We decided to do this using natural stone, thick visible beams and glued timber - by combining these solid, "heavy" materials of different shapes and sizes with modern corner solutions "Modern Corner", huge spaces and large glass surfaces - we have created a modern environmentally friendly architecture of clear lines and filled it with daylight as much as possible, without disturbing the private space. So in 2007, in the spirit of the new time, the Premier house was born, after that we can say that we are able to make true the most daring ideas and technologies in wood, which we are able to masterfully combine with each other in the most effective way. The elegance of the Premier house hides a magnificent interior that best characterizes the individuality of its owners - the house is characterized by Lightness, Conciseness, Solidity, Functionality, Eco-friendliness, Efficiency and Top-design! Inside the house there are spacious recreation areas, bedrooms, a gym and a spa complex with a swimming pool.
