This is a modern villa with a pool, terrace and balconies. It is suitable for a large family of 6-10 people. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room connected to the dining room and kitchen, study room, and entrance area. A spa area is in the separate part of the house and contains a spacious pool and relaxation area. The second floor is reserved for bedrooms, dressing rooms and bathrooms. Visual and design changes can be made to this project, and the internal layouts can also be changed according to the wishes of the customer. The corner shape of the house protects the courtyard from the outsiders. The exit from the house and from the SPA area to the terrace preserves harmony and unity with the surrounding nature. Huge floor-to-ceiling windows are placed along the entire perimeter, inviting nature inside and giving to the inhabitants of the house a lot of comfort and coziness.
