Highly flexible combinable deck oven modules MIWE ideal deck oven in modular design. Every module (with three to six decks) is autonomous with its own burner and circulator. Permits a maximum baking area (up to 12 decks and 58 m² baking area) with the given footprint. Based on demand, budget and space, the modules can be combined horizontally and/or vertically with one another – with options for future expansion. Heated with oil or gas. Impresses with exceptional baking properties and subtle control functions. Ideal for baking the entire product range, from heavy rye breads to small wheat rolls. Perfectly prepared for automated production.
