Ultibed Mortar 90 is a general purpose rapid setting bedding mortar that provides a return to service time of 90 minutes after being mixed and placed. It is formulated for highways use and is suitable for applications requiring high early strength gain and a quick return to service time. Ultibed Mortar 90 fully complies with National Highways HD 27/15.

Usage and mixing
Mix each 25 kg bag with 2.5–3.0 litres of cool, clean water. Pre-measure the required water into a clean mixing vessel, steadily add the powder to the water and mix for 2–3 minutes until a smooth homogeneous consistency is achieved. For best results use a mechanical mixer (forced-action high shear mixer or slow-speed drill and paddle); the product can also be mixed by hand. Clean tools and equipment with water as soon as practicable, away from the application area.
