OverviewUltibed Kerb Repair is a two-component rapid-setting patch repair mortar designed for durable repairs to concrete kerbstones and steps, providing high early strength and long-term performance.
Product descriptionUltibed Kerb Repair is a polymer-modified, rapid-setting repair mortar suitable for small to medium repairs where fast return to service is required. Supplied as a pre-blended cementitious powder and a liquid polymer in a 10 kg tub, the system enables controlled onsite mixing and rapid attainment of load-bearing capacity. Suitable for planned maintenance and emergency repairs in heavily trafficked locations.
Composition and packaging- Two-component system: pre-blended cementitious powder + liquid polymer
- Pack size: 10 kg tub (9 kg blended powder + 1 L liquid polymer)
- Polymer liquid used for priming and mixing
Applications- Main roads — rapid-setting mortar for busy carriageways to minimise traffic disruption
- Residential streets — quick repairs to kerbs damaged by on-street parking or impacts
- Car parks — suitable for kerb repairs requiring short closure times
Benefits- Fast return to service — typically open to foot traffic after 90 minutes
- Durable, high final strength suitable for trafficked locations
- Minimises waste — two-component system allows mixing only required quantities
- Excellent bond strength to common substrates
- Shrinkage compensated
- Supplied in water-resistant 10 kg tubs
