The 6-tray model, available in the Pro or Lite version, is in fact combined with resistant components and high energy performance with temperature settable from 30 ° C to 280 ° C, and pre-heating mode up to 300 ° C. In addition to more traditional cooking (convection, steam and combined), EGO Slim also includes several special cycles that increase service potential and enhance the creativity of chefs and professional cooks in every working condition. With EGO Slim, the small combi oven by Yesovens, talent has no limits. Like other professional ovens by Yesovens, EGO Slim can be purchased in the two versions, Pro or Lite, which differ in technical and equipment features.
