Constructed in painted steel. 18 litre liquid capacity; 90 litre stainless steel bowl. Automatic speed variation. 2 speeds. It is possible to pre-set the length of the first cycle, the changing from one speed to the other and the length of the second cycle. The program can be changed at any time and, for repetitive works, the memory can repeat the last program carried out. Bowl positioned in the front of the machine making the dough easier to remove once kneaded. Stainless steel spiral cylindrical bar tool equipped with a system to prevent the dough from raising up. Safety device to stop the machine if the cover is opened. Control panel incorporates an on/off switch and timer.

The SPIRY spiral dough mixers enable medium and large volumes of dough to be mixed in a short time, guaranteeing perfect homogeneity and oxygenation. All models guarantee a constant dough temperature during kneading, from the beginning to the end, eliminating therefore the risk of eventual overheating. All machines have a switch-off timer, wheels (excluded SPIRY 8) and safety device, necessary for maximum reliability for users. Furthermore the models SPIRY 25, 30 and 40 are available in the version 2V with double speed and with raising head, to enable the user to work accordingly to his needs and habits.
