BASE – MEC 80 is a Professional traditional pizza oven. Description: A pre-assembled mono-block oven to be built in and customized to suit you. This is the heart of your oven, which needs to be insulated, built in and finished to suit you. • Assembled at our factory by specialized staff, the oven arrives ready to use in your restaurant. • The oven comes on a pallet • It can be lifted by crane or moved with a forklift truck and simple manual pallet truck. • To accommodate these ovens, the entrance doorway must be large enough for the size of your chosen model. • The stainless steel structure of this oven is designed for easy transport without suffering damage, and therefore needs no additional packaging. • Where it is not possible to install a pre-assembled mono-block (due to excess size for the entrance or lack of possibility to use crane, fork-lift etc) we suggest our COMPONENTS KIT, which can be assembled on-site • The oven is supplied with the opening door lock and the marble plate
