Universal is a professional traditional pizza oven. Universal is completely insulated and cladd in stainless steel and/or copper front panels. To better meet our customers’ requirements, the oven can be entirely clad in copper on request. It therefore does not require any additional finishing. Our Oven UNIVERSAL is a certified product • Assembled at our factory by specialized staff, the oven arrives ready to use in your restaurant. • After positioning, the only preparation prior to use is connecting the flue. • The palletized structure can be moved with a forklift truck and simple manual pallet truck. • To accommodate these ovens, the entrance doorway must be large enough for the size of your chosen model.
