PRESENTATION The use of a divider allows the division of the dough piece in equal weight dough balls. This device replaces the manual division, bringing a saving of time and a greater precision. The range BERTRAND PUMA consists of hydraulic dividers in square tank (D20C, Equinoxe) or round tank (D20R, D20, D24). Number of divisions: 20 and 24 depending on the models. AUTOMATIC CYCLE PUSH N’ BAKE The Platinium version of Equinoxe includes Push n’ Bake, the automatic cutting cycle. To enjoy a completely autonomous work, you only need to shut the cover to engage the locking and automatically launch the division cycle : in one manipulation, your breads are ready to be put in the oven !
