AREA OF APPLICATION
The BERTRAND PUMA range is composed of table standing dough sheeters (Cadet and Junior) and floor standing models (Senior). These dough sheeters are fitted with woven polyester belt, apart from Cadet which is equipped with fixed stainless steel shelfs.
The Senior 600 can also be equipped with tools for cutting rolls or croissants.
CHARACTERISTICS
Made of steel, stainless steel and cast aluminium
Floor standing models are equipped with receiving shelves on each side
Rolling direction can be inverted by moving a joystick
Ergonomic control
Food grade PVC belts
