Made of fibre-cement, are a Finnish product, made of clean and harmless materials. They consist of 70% cement and 30% various mineral fibres and fillers.
CEMBRIT RAW fibre-cement panels are asbestos free and do not contain any other harmful ingredients. The panels were designed on the assumption of being resistant to the severe northern weather conditions: large jumps in temperature and frequent changes in humidity.
Typical places for using CEMBRIT RAW fibre-cement panels are: ventilated facade facings of both new buildings and those under renovation, filling of balcony railings, base course facing, chimney facing, inserts placed between windows, roof padding, etc. CEMBRIT RAW fibre-cement panels may be used without finishing the surface, or may be painted with acrylic, silicone, silicone-acrylic paints, or covered with a light acrylic plaster at the construction site. Factory primed CEMBRIT RAW panels are also available, ready for laying the finishing coats.
CEMBRIT RAW fibre-cement facade panels have the CE marking, which certifies their use in construction, according to the EN 13501-1:2002:E standard (fire classification), they are granted A2-s1,d0 fire classification and may be used at the height over 25 metres.
