Description

Modular, so its technical characteristics and different configurations can be used to bake bread, pastries, pizzas, gastronomy products. Leavening proofer built in stainless steel, complete with electrical resistors for heating, water tank for humidification and tray-holder grid. Two proofer types are offered, with a height of 580 mm for baking trays mm 400x600 or with a height of 880 mm for tray mm 400x600, to be chosen depending on the final configuration of the set. Standard supplied with a vapour evacuation valve, proposed in three models, with baking surfaces of 0.88 m2 - 1.07 m2 - 1.50 m2, that correspond to a capacity of 3 - 4 - 6 trays of 400x600 mm respectively. The three versions can be fitted with a usable height of 180 or 250 mm for taking things out of the oven.
