Overview
This roof access door provides safe, internal access to flat roofs and is suitable for integration with the FAKRO LML loft ladder. The unit is delivered fully assembled for faster installation and is designed for roofs with pitches from 0° to 5°.

Comfort and safety
The flap opens smoothly and is held open by built-in gas springs, requiring minimal effort to operate. An anti-slip tape next to the roof exit improves footing in wet or icy conditions. Optional locks can be fitted to prevent unauthorised opening.

Thermal performance and construction
The product features multi-chamber uPVC profiles, insulating filling and effective seals to reduce heat loss and avoid thermal bridges. The moisture-resistant construction can be mounted directly on the roof or on an optional raised XRD/W base (suitable for green roofs). Airtightness and wind/water resistance are designed for demanding building applications.
