Three seals — comfort and savings
The LWT is equipped with three peripheral seals to ensure high airtightness and improved insulation. Seals reduce infiltration, enhance thermal and acoustic performance, and help limit heat loss in winter and heat gain in summer, supporting lower energy consumption in conditioned buildings.

Clever design and ease of use
Designed for frequent use, the LWT features anti-slip treads and a stable structure for secure access. An optional handrail provides additional support. The ladder folds into a compact three-section assembly that fits inside the hatch box when stowed, minimizing intrusion into the room.

Hatch
The hatch is a key element for thermal resistance: total thickness 8 cm with 7.4 cm of insulation filling. The insulated sandwich hatch is finished with HDF boards on both faces, offering a smooth white surface that is easy to clean and maintain.
