The LMP attic ladder is a folding 3-section access ladder designed for high rooms up to 366 cm. It combines a powder-coated steel ladder with an insulated sandwich hatch to provide safe, thermally efficient access to lofts and attics. The product is supplied assembled for straightforward installation.

Suitable for high rooms
This model fits interiors with ceiling heights from 300 cm up to 366 cm. Adjustable ladder length and robust 3-section folding construction ensure a proper fit and secure access in rooms with high ceilings.

Comfort of use and assistance systems
The ladder is equipped with a support system that simplifies unfolding and folding when installed at great heights. The unloading mechanism concealed in the handrail reduces effort during operation, while the telescopic handrail provides stable support during ascent and descent.

Materials and appearance
The box is manufactured from pinewood. The ladder structure is steel with a powder-coated finish in RAL 7022. The hatch is a white insulated sandwich panel filled with Styrofoam and finished with HDF boards on both sides.

Installation and accessories
The product is delivered fully assembled. The hatch is intended to be fixed by screws during installation. Recommended installation accessories: installation brackets (LXK), mounting wedges (LXP) and dedicated screw sets (LXF-C / LXF-W). Optional accessories: balustrade LXB-P and attic handrail LXH-A.
