Project needs The owners of the renowned beach resort Bagnopark in Cinquale di Montignoso (MS) were looking for a design structure to render its structure unique, distinguishing it from its competitors. The solution would disregard the usual umbrella and marquee format, in terms of functionality and esthetics, and would be easy to dismount at the end of the summer season. Project features The Commission’s requests were satisfied with the installation of 94 Medisolafly awnings, an agile structure that is easy to maintain and completely dismountable. Such a large project required the direct intervention of the Gibus Team in the planning and installation phases. Installation was difficult because of the fact that without a solid structure upon which to place the structure, it was necessary to use the natural surface, sand. In order to fix the structure well, the awnings poles were pushed into the ground at a depth of 1.20 m, taking advantage of the sand covering as a natural counterweight. The installation was completed in 10 working days and rendered Bagnopark an elegant beach resort with its new functional and elegant awnings.
