The Hotel de la Ville in Avellino is a modern structure, particularly appreciated as it is one of the most popular conference centres in central-southern Italy. The hotel is in a strategical position and has a characteristic façade of transparent glasses which are wisely arranged to create the shape of a mountain and show off an original design. In this contest, we have installed three pergolas with folding covers made by Gibus. The model they chose is Zenit, one of the latest creations of the 2018 season: an extruded powder-coated aluminium frame covered by PVC, both modular and motorized. The hotel needed to properly equip the outdoor yard where buffets for conferences and parties are held. Moreover, by installing the pergolas, they wanted to give their guests the feeling of having some shelter and make it easier to stay outdoors during the hottest summer days. “Elegant and functional” is how Clemente Guerra, who is the marketing responsible person at the Hotel de la Ville, describes Gibus products. They have been installed for few weeks, but they were immediately appreciated by the visitors. The project was followed by Saggese SpA, an important Gibus Atelier in the province of Salerno, that took care of the whole assembly process. The installation was completed in just three days, thanks to the work of 4 operators.
