Commercial pasta dryer ESS20

Small electric dryer for the production of dry pasta up to 20/25 kg of short pasta. Suitable for pasta shops and delicatessens that already produce fresh pasta and who also want to produce dry pasta in small quantities. Structure in high-density insulating panels covered in pre-painted sheet metal suitable for contact with food having a thickness of 60 mm. 20 wooden trays on a trolley are supplied with the dryer. ESS20 allows for the professional drying process of pasta thanks to the microprocessor for the insertion of recipes (max 20), each programmable up to 30 different cycles. The ESS20 dryer can also be used as a wet dryer.
