is a special neutralising agent in powder form, that protects the reinforcing irons in reinforced concrete and assures the maximum adhesion to mortar used in restoration. The product consists of special kinds of cement, selected inert fillers and acrylic resins resistant to concrete pH. It has a low odour level, is non flammable and is froiendly to both humans and the environment. Ideal use Passivating and primer for the iron rods of the concrete. Surface preparation Clean the surfaces to be treated and remove rust, dust and loose material. Application method BETONCRYLL PASSIVANTE must be well mixed with 20÷25% drinkable water: open time for working is around one hour, it is important to frequently stir it to prevent deposits. Wet the surface to be treated, allow the water in excess to be absorbed, then apply BETONCRYLL PASSIVANTE using a brush, paying attention to completely cover the iron rods. Apply the restoration mortar BETONCRYLL MORTAR by OIKOS within one hour, before the product dries.
