New Kalzip FC facade system
Innovatively and economically by the singular Vario Systemmontage with penetration-free transfer
The innovative, flexible Vario Systemmontage is the outstanding feature of the new Kalzip FC of facade system. The installation of the aluminum profiles can take place both into both directions, alternatively from downside upward or from above downward, and independently of adjacent panels in the midst of one front surface which can be installed. Thus the assembly becomes enormously economical. As given, building-lateral obligations can be coordinated as stand positions or connection work flexibly and independently of the assembly process.
The wide panels according to standard with head tilting and moved penetration-free without are offered to rivets or screws on raster clicking rails. The matured system considers all detailed solutions and as complete package inclusive sub-construction is offered. System-conformal hitting a corner training make a gentle and harmonious accentuation for building geometry possible and underline thus the esthetic total effect of the front.
Exchange of individual elements possible
The Kalzip FC facade system is in such a way designed that individual panels can be changed when damage simply and problem-free. The complex and expensive exchange of whole front surfaces is void. The behind-ventilated facade system is equally suitable for redevelopment and new building. It is similarly to the Kalzip roof system with different surfaces and a broad Farbpalette (colorcoated surfaces in all RAL and special colors) available.

DMAX: 100% SOLID ALUMINIUM FOR ARCHITECTURE
There's now a new, very high performance, continuous-
coated rolled aluminium section for creating
the most modern architectural curtain walls:
its name is DMAX.
DMAX HAS ALL THESE ADVANTAGES:
• perfect flatness
• in Aluminium-Magnesium alloy, series 5000
• extra-thick solid metal (from 2 to 3 mm thickness) for unrivalled mechanical resistance
• PVDF coating applied in 2, 3 or 4 coats
• available in innovative finishes: pastel, metallic, iridescent and personalized colours
• personalized packaging
• thorough, strict, certified quality controls
• very thick protective film, personalized with DMAX logo
• delivery time: extra fast.
DMAX was conceived precisely as a tangible response to the frequent demand for 2/3 mm "Panel Quality" aluminium, producing a solid metal alternative to the usual aluminium/plastic composites.
This is why Otefal has come up with a new line of products, offering even higher performance than their predecessors, that can apply the PVDF super-coatings even on very thick metal.
The DMAX aluminium rolled section therefore makes a more affordable
alternative to the usual rolled composites by virtue of its many qualities - flatness (continuous stretching), workability (no milling or riveting for cassette panels), a wide range of finishes (metallic, iridescent or pastel) and, last but not least, its competitive cost.

IRIDESCENT FINISHES: DWALL IRIDIUM
Subjected to the liquid coating process, Dwall Iridium rolled aluminium sections are characterised by their innovative finishes, which come in iridescent shades.
Special pigments contained in the paints make Dwall Iridium an amazingly attractive solution that is also extremely resistant to weathering and sudden changes in temperature.
The technical and performance properties of the finished product mean its appearance and gloss withstand the test of lengthy exposure to the sun, and the product comes with an amazing thirty-year warranty.
The combination of light and colour in Dwall Iridium also sparks designers' creativity, providing them with a range of basic colours to play around in
order to produce the desired shades.
METALLIC FINISHES: DWALL METALLIC
The range of liquid-coated aluminium panels called Dwall is now even more attractive in a new series of extremely fashionable, elegant, metallic-effect finishes.
All Dwall Metallic panels are dual-coated, i.e. given two coats of paint: an additional guarantee of resistance to achieve high-quality architectural finishes and panelling. The special colour effect of the metallic finishes, which can enhance even the most simple shapes and volumes, is achieved by taking a resin base - PVDF or polyester resins - and adding different percentages of special pigments formulated with aluminium or with mica
platelets to give the colours this distinctive effect.
The metallic paints chosen to augment the DWALL range of colours have been borrowed from the automobile world, from prestigious marques including BMW, Volkswagen, Mercedes…

FunderMaxExterior Alucompact 42 F with decors from the FunderMaxExterior collection are extremely resistant to fracture, large-format panels for cladding facades and balconies.
FunderMaxExterior Alucompact 42 F quality panels are duromer high-pressure laminates (HPL) as per EN 438-6, type EDF with extremely effective weather protection. The weather protective coating consists of double hardened acrylic polyurethane resins. They have a 0.42 mm thick aluminium strip underneath the decor layer on both sides. The aluminium strips give the panels extremely high tensile strength and rigidity. This enables the production of perforated balcony elements, or the spacing between the mounting points to be increased.

S Profile is perhaps the oldest established corrugated profile and it is described and defined in BS 4868. This is a very shallow profile and is therefore not suitable for foot traffic, but is intended for close spaced purlins on relatively steep pitches. Since this is a symmetrical profile it is suitable for forming into smooth curves.

TECU® Brass is a new material – with a reddish golden surface for impressive new façade solutions using copper.
TECU® Brass is a CuZn15-grade copper and zinc alloy that has been specially designed for use on façades. Weathering changes the original reddish golden colour of the surface in a very lively manner, with each façade developing its own unique characteristics. After the initial matting, the surface takes on a greenish brown tone, which slowly turns greyish brown before evolving into a dark brown-anthracite colour. On sloping surfaces, a uniquely individual patina layer typical of classical copper surfaces develops.
TECU® Brass offers outstanding mechanical abrasion resistance, extremely high corrosion resistance and durability as well as excellent stability and material rigidity. The material can be easily cold-shaped and soft-soldered. Because of its special material characteristics, TECU® Brass is also well suited for large-area applications.
TECU® Brass is an ideal complement to the TECU® product range and can be perfectly combined with the other copper surfaces. TECU® Brass offers without exception all the familiar economic advantages of the TECU® brand name.

TECU® Oxid is TECU® copper that is specially treated in a patented industrial process in which TECU® strips are oxidised on both sides. With TECU® Oxid, the bright copper phase is bridged so that a uniform, dark brown oxidised layer is achieved even before the cladding is laid. This is not an artificial colouring process or coating, but rather an oxidised layer which is created from the surface of the copper itself. The surface further develops into the natural oxide layer in the course of weathering. The special manufacturing technology used produces lighter and darker shades of brown.
With TECU® Oxid, copper on buildings has a brown oxide layer right from the start. The material also has the same extraordinary properties of all other TECU® surfaces.
On exterior wall cladding, an initial appearance of grey-violet hues is possible. However, these colour variations disappear as the natural oxidation process progresses.
TECU® Oxid is ideal for architects, contractors and building owners who prefer this surface to the normal bright rolled copper. With its aesthetic colouring and in combination with other construction materials, TECU® Oxid always stands out from the rest.
|
|
TECU® Panels like TECU® Profiled Sheets, are produced on roll formers or corner presses. The panels are assembled on site using the tongue and groove technique or by overlapping the panels. TECU® Panels are two-sided cladding elements with an end base, depending on the construction, in lengths of approx. 4,000 mm.
The panels can be assembled in various directions - vertically, horizontally or diagonally. There are three basic forms, depending on the constructional principle:
-Tongue and groove panels laid vertically as a level surface facade cladding
- Tongue and groove panels laid horizontally as a level surface facade cladding.
- Special panels with visible or concealed fixings, laid in various directions, with a level surface or overlapped.

TECU® Gold is a new material – with a precious golden surface for impressive new façade solutions using copper.
TECU® Gold is a copper and aluminium alloy. The original shiny golden colour of the surface goes through characteristic changes when exposed to normal weathering. After the initial matting, a golden and yellowish oxidation layer gradually emerges, and this changes over time into a soft golden colour. The patination processes do not give rise to any further intensive colouring on façade surfaces.
TECU® Gold offers outstanding mechanical abrasion resistance, extremely high corrosion resistance and durability as well as excellent stability and material rigidity. The material can be easily cold-shaped and processed using standard techniques. Because of its special material characteristics, TECU® Gold is also well suited for large-area applications.
TECU® Gold is an ideal complement to the TECU® product range and can be perfectly combined with the other copper surfaces. All the familiar economic advantages of the TECU® brand name apply without exception to TECU® Gold.
