Belshaw Adamatic’s BABG-10 is a 10-quart, ⅓ HP, 120V countertop mixer with 5 direct drive transmission speeds that can be changed while mixing. Included are dough hook, wire whip and flat beater, as well as conveniences such as bowl lift, bowl guard/splash guard, and an extra ingredient chute for adding water or ingredients on the fly. This is a highly durable commercial mixer weighs in at 45 lbs, yet occupies only 13”W x 18”D of space, secured with a moulded rubber base. Designed for both convenience and dependability with digital controls, BABG-10 is ETL and NSF-certified for safety and sanitation.
